2015 Christmas Party Menu
Join us this Christmas for what will be a wonderful festive month!
Carrot and orange soup with bread roll
Smoked trout tart with pickled ribbon vegetables
Duck and hoi sin sauce salad
Sweet potato and chestnut roulade with cream cheese and spring onions
Roast turkey with apricot stuffing and ‘pig in blanket’ served with roast potatoes and freshly steamed vegetables
Trout encroute with an almond with an almond and lemon butter centre served with new potatoes or chips and freshly steamed vegetables or salad
Chicken breast served with a Chasseur sauce served with new potatoes or chips and freshly steamed vegetables or salad
Mediterranean vegetable crumble served with new potatoes or chips and freshly steamed vegetables or salad
Christmas pudding with clotted cream or ice cream or brandy sauce
Rum and chocolate Torte
Pear and ginger cheesecake
White chocolate and chocolate orange mousse in a brandy snap basket
2 courses are £20.95 and 3 courses are £24.95 (possibly subject to small price increase but we will not know this until later in the year).
This party menu will be available from the 1st December to the 24th December, lunch or evenings.
Christmas crackers and napkins are included with all two and three courses.
If one or more of your guests has special dietary requirements or would just like a variation to the above menu, please do let us know and our Head Chef will do his very best to accommodate you.
For bookings of more than 20 people, the pub can open earlier or stay open later in the afternoon or evening by prior arrangement.
A minimum £10 non-returnable deposit is required per person at least 1 month prior to the date or at the time of booking.
Booking is essential for this menu and pre-orders are required at least 4 days in advance.
It is possible that the menu might be subject to slight change but in the event of this, you will be notified well in advance.
